Cafe` Noir and the Perfect Place
In fifteen days I will set foot in Europe for the first time- Paris, London, and Siena, Italy. I am incredibly enthusiastic about this journey for several reasons. Cappuccino Scale
Finally I have the scale that I will be using to rate each cappuccino. This is simply the example and I will elaborate when necessary. It’s a pretty simple scale and to keep it that way I will stick to three basic measurements. For example: temperature ranges from hot, perfect cup, and cold. I will choose the one that is most fitting. Like I said, it’s simple.
